What is the process for blending Apraise eyebrow tint? Combine 2cm of tint with 10 drops of Apraise Cream or Liquid Developer (1:1) until a smooth paste forms. Prior to application, prepare the eye area with petroleum jelly, and for lash tinting, shield the lower lashes with protective covers. Instruct the client to close their eyes, then apply the tint to the lashes or brows using a brush.
